I had a really positive experience with Jackson’s. I only couldn’t give 5 stars as the delivery was a few days longer than advertised, but that being said as soon as I contacted them, they kept me informed of my order and any other questions I had. Their customer service is very good, Virgil answered everything very promptly and it felt like dealing with a family business rather than a multiple. I had to send one of the items back as it didn’t work in my space but the process was very seamless. Would definitely recommend!

The chair was made exactly to measurements, and the finish is excellent. Furniture by Jackson was recommended by a colleague who had great service with a made to measure bench. reasonable pricing and a good delivery schedule

I'm in love with my dresser. I wanted a smaller dresser to save some space. (I'm a minimalist) and this dresser is 10/10. I love the chestnut color, the smell of the wood and it's very sturdy. If you are curious to know the length and width of the inside of the drawers, the two top drawers are Length:10 inches/ Width 10 inches. The three main drawers are, Length: 10 inches and width 24 inches. If you fold your clothes using the Marie Kondo method, you will have more than enough space for your clothes. Lastly the customer service was 10/10, I would like to thank Virgil for his outstanding customer service and great communication. The shipping was fast to the United States. Thank you, Furniture by Jackson, for the beautiful addition to my home.

I very rarely buy anything on line, especially furniture. The fact that Jackson offers return for free or minimum payment is such a good policy.
